Choosing a

This area is located along the Eastern coastline of the Adriatic Sea. It
is a small island situated between the mainland of Croatia and the island
of Ciovo. Trogir is not very well known throughout most of the world.

When visiting Trogir, the main attraction is the Adriatic Sea. In many ways, Trogir is comparable to Venice in that the architecture has definitely been defined by the surrounding water. If you are going to the Dalmation Coast, do include lovely Split in your itinerary. From Split, it's just a short way to charming old Trogir. Multiple charter cruises are available to tourists, all offering a different view of the Adriatic. Another can’t miss attraction is the Fortress Kamerlengo. Located on the western part of the island, this fortress was built by Venetians in the 9th and 10th centuries as a naval base. It is now used as an outdoor theater. The Town Museum is also popular with tourists. This museum explains the rich history and culture of Trogir and its people. The restaurants of Trogir are well known for their Mediterranean cuisine that is also well-priced and delicious. Fontana Restaurant is located on the waterfront and locals and tourists alike can’t get enough of their amazing seafood specialties. The End is located in the middle of Old Town and are well known for their Italian food. Perhaps the most celebrated restaurant in Trogir is Alka. It has a quaint atmosphere and the food is out of this world! Trogir is definitely the most well kept secret in Europe.
